Post Taobao order but have problem with address

I ordered some canvases off taobao but had not received them. When i checked it states that it does not deliver to my address. I stated my address as Singapore but i think i may have opted for something wrongly and now my parcel is stuck somewhere in china warehouse. How do I get my parecel now? When i checked, it was reflected as China Post at the top of my order screen.
