I have been waiting for my parcel to move. It has been stuck since April 10th. The last update says Leave Guangzhou, Guangdong, going to 【WZDM】. Please help me understand where my package could be and how long I could expect to wait. Tracking # US398585007CN

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

My package RV866612376CN was scanned exactly with yours and I don't have any information neither. I'm starting to think they got lost 😕

RV866612376CN just arrived Italy customs today. Wait 2 to 3 more days and track the parcel in Italy Post website, it should have new status there.
