Hello, i have a problem, if you look my tracking info, looks like the package was sent from Shenzhen to Guangzhou and then it was sent to Shenzhen again...

I am very worried because I expected to read "arrived at inward office of exchange" after the info "sent to airline"

Anyone can help me to find out what's going on?

Hello, I'm glad to say that today the package arrived at inward office of exchange, now i hope that it will go out very quick from the office of exchange.

For people who read "opening" and / or "departure from outward office of exchange" twice, please be patient!
