Hi there,

Is there any way of stopping this shipment from leaving China?: LX083884390CN If there is, please do this and return it to the company that sent it. We cancelled a purchase but have been told it has been shipped.

Please let us know if this is possible.

LX083884390CN was shipped on Jan 4th from China. You can not stop the shipment. You can reject the parcel when New Zealand Post office deliver the goods to you.
