Still waiting on my package that was ship on October 14 LT280513877CN

I am looking for a package that was sent out on October 14 from China and still haven't got a update that it left customs tracking number is LT280513877CN

1. Have you contacted the seller to tell him you have not receive your parcel! He might be able to call China Post EMS to find out exactly what happen to your parcel.

2. You should think of opening a dispute if you don't see any movement on the USPS site by 18 Nov.

3. Also take into consideration that in Ningbo city, there might have been a backlog for parcels going overseas because of the National holiday that happen in China from 01 - 08 Oct.

Thanks and yes I contact the seller she said that sometimes custom holds things for about 30 days

1. Please don't forget if you can not see any movement of your parcel on the 18 Nov on the USPS site, then open a dispute to get your money back.

2. I don't really believe the statement of the seller.
