4weeks have passed since 'sent to airline' and im still waiting for my parcel, please help me figure out what's going on.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU875711425CN shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 16.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

Everything looks normal, you just need wait some more days.
