But a week it says' send to airline. 20140101 I bought shoes until now I have not received the shoes

I have the same problem...

It seems that even though I bought a lot of items some of them haven't arrived to my country (Colombia). They say they were sent on 14 of december but still nothing... Any idea as to why?
