CP113377408MY why are this parcel been hold for almost a month. Yet no delivery. Call up but not being answer. Could you pls check why and what are the problems for it. Can it solve thru via Internet or not? Seriously urgent needed

CP113377408MY has no arrival record in china post system. You need contact Malaysia Post to file an investigation for lost parcel. If you purchased insurance, claim lost parcel compensation.

It's alrdy arrived China Post. When u track in China Post website. Is in guangzhou. N we had call up. Its been hold by custom in China.

How to declare the parcel if the parcel stuck in China pos customs. Kindly advice.

you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and see if he can go to customs office to pay duty and pickup the parcel.
