Hello

I just checked the status and it says 'Addressee not available at time of delivery/Attempted delivery today'. Delivery attempted on 20 Feb.

But there was no missed parcel receipt of anything. How do I track this?

Can you request the delivery to be done in delivery box if I am not home?

Japan Post website shows RV339319456CN arrived Post office in TOKYO, MEGURO, 152-8799 on Feb 20. Delivery failed because receiver is absence.

You need contact Japan Post to pickup your parcel in person.
