I have a parcel with the tracking number RE802403874GR. It says "Departure From Outward Office Of Exchange" on the 11th of May. There are no updates since. Is there a way for me to know what has happened to my parcel? Thank you

RE802403874GR arrived China Post Guangzhou Int'l office on May 11. It seems to have delivery problem.

You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post Guangzhou office.

Shipper set RE802403874GR destination to China not Singapore. You can not get it in Singapore.

we only know the destination country is china. you can not know exact address. it is not allowed by privacy law.

I understand. So the only way to get my parcel is to ask someone in Guangzhou to pick it up from the office and mail it again back to Singapore?

Okay I see. Would you be able to provide me with the address of the China Post Guangzhou office? And also, how do I ask someone to retrieve the parcel for me? Does he/she just come to the office and tell the person in charge my tracking number and retrieve the parcel for me?
