Post Status of parcel is delivered but I havent received anything!

Alright. I'm sure this is a common issue but according to the tracker in China Post my item was deliver 01/03/2017. I hadn't received anything under the tracking no.: RS365187926CN. I even have a photo of the parcel before it was shipped through. Where do I follow up on this?

Any help would be appreciated! :(
