My order says it left ShenZhen city 4/1/19, and no updates have been made since, almost 1 week later. What are average times for this time of year to get into the USA? My tracking number is : LT497002745CN.

This is my wedding dress and I’m getting worried. Any additional information would be very much appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT497002745CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Apr 1.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
