1. Because of the last tracking:
2016-08-28 17:22:47.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

2. It could mean 2 things: first one, the parcel in transferring to another location maybe going back again to the seller or the parcel has not yet make it through the China Post Customs Office (not pass the Customs Office)

1. Maybe when they are scanning your parcel the plastic motorcycle part is looking like something else. Or maybe the seller did not describe correctly what is inside the parcel on the export paper CN22.

2. You will find out possibly with the next scan, tracking information.

1. Your parcel has not arrive yet in India or the parcel has arrive but has not been scan yet by India Post.

2. I have track your parcel on different site (including the India Post site) and I could not find anything wrong with it. Your parcel has been on the road for 32 days as of today. May I suggest you read this for India:

3. May I suggest you contact the seller and tell him you are worry about your parcel not arriving in India. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is wrong with the parcel.

You are posting the same question on to many places at the same time!
Here is what I answer a while back:

1. For parcel 03345722355, this parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and can only be track in China and not in your country India.

2. After the parcel arrive in India and check by Customs Officer it will be given to India Post and the parcel will be deliver just like a letter. Your parcel has been on the road for 60 days.

3. May I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not received your parcel. Try to have some sort of an arrangement with him.

4. For parcel MS08117834XSG, it's from Singapore Post, the last 2 tracking I could find are those:

5. This parcel also can not be track by India Post, so it will be deliver just like a normal letter by India Post to you. In all this parcel has been on the road for 40 days.

6. Also for this parcel, may I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not received your parcel. Try to have some sort of an arrangement with him.
