Post Status of has been exported to open

I have bought several items from different eBay sellers lately. The sellers did provide the shipments with a tracking number, i.e.71475561107), etc., but its status never gets updated once it has been exported to open by the Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou on 2016-09-25 07:51 (3+ weeks ago). I can understand this type of a tracking number does not show on the destination country, but what exactly does it mean by has been exported to open?

1. This is the tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.71475561107 tracking result
2016-09-25 07:51:25.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

2. Your parcel might or might have not pass the Export Security Scan, this is what it means:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

3. The type of parcel you have is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It has limited tracking, can be track only in China and can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver.

4. You could ask the seller to confirm with China Post that your parcel has pass the Export Security Scan, most of the time it does, but just to make sure.

5. I suspect you will not see anymore tracking for this parcel and will be deliver to you just like a normal letter in your country.

Hope this help.

All of the tracking numbers issued to us shows a Status of has been exported to open by 17track is reported to pass through the export security scan by China post and its status never changes since, let alone the shipment will arrive in our mailbox. Regardless, we already received a 100% refund from eBay.
