Hi!
On Feb 1st, I placed an order of 2 items on KARLLAGERFELD | Official website
My order number is 2024020125053139

The order shipment was processes by Chinapost.
Here is my shipment details:

Tracking number
China Post: AM230405526CN

I am tracking it on the your website http://www.ems.com.cn/english/queryLogistics and it says that the order is delivered.
However, I haven't received anything.

Please help me find my parcel

The seller shipped some junk to another address. He needs a "delivery" result in order to claim payment from paypal or your credit card company.

Many users have reported similar fraud related to such A****CN parcels.

Call you bank and report fraud.
