Post Status arrive at destination for over a week. pls help

Hello, I have two shipments awaiting delivery.

The first package CY025047967CN is currently 50+ days in shipping. The last update is 'arrive at destination'. I assume this means its in my country but ive not seen an update for over a week.

The second package CY025279538CN is currently 27 days in shipping and is set to 'plane arrival' for the last 2 weeks.

Any chance I could please have an update on both.

I believe the shipper want to save shipping cost . These kind of CY***CN parcel is an economical class mail. It has very low priority to be processed.

In normal season, it will be ok. But in Xmas rush season, such parcel will have big delay because they don't have priority to compete shipping space and sorting service with other high priority parcel. You need some patient.

Once they arrive Ireland and passes customs, we will write a new post here.

CY025279538CN just arrived in Dublin Post office. Please contact your local Ireland Post office for delivery detail.
