Can anyone please tell me what is going on with postNL? 2 of my packages has been stuck at item sent to destination country for 3 weeks now.
RS658355162NL (contains Powerbank I bought from Banggood.com)

RS662296284NL (contains Xiaomi charger with USB + OTG cable purchased from Gearbest)

Please help me

Destination Country: Nigeria
Origin Country: Netherlands
