CX004697145CN
CX004696961CN

When I track the two numbers above (Priority Mail International) the on the Chinese EMS site, and translate to English, the first tracking scan has this information:

Weifang Changle Tang Yu Lan Express voted Ministry has Write (Lan cast member name: Zhang Jianxiao, Tel :)

Can you tell me what this means? Who is Zhang Jianxiao? See screenshot below:

Also, the tracking number above is EMS service level. It was shipped October 22nd and still has not arrived. EMS is supposed to be 3-5 days, or maybe a week, but it's been a lot longer.

Can you provide me with any information?

2. I also found on another tracking site that all your parcel are On Route to USA from China. All your parcels can take from to 4 weeks to be deliver.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcels. He can for you, call China Post EMS to find out exactly what is happening with your parcels.

4. This can be found on FAQ:

format 3: the number starts with “E” and ends with “CN”, i.e. EE123456789CN, EA987654321CN
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

format 4: the number starts with “L” and ends with “CN”, i.e. LK123456789CN, LN987654321CN,LM123456789CN,
This is China Post ePacket parcel. It is almost as faster as EMS and only a little bit more expensive than airmail.
However, ePacket service is only available to limited countries such as USA, Canada, Australia,UK etc.

5. The only parcel that really worry me is this one CX004696961CN. Because it was mail just after the long week of National holiday in China from 01 - 08 Oct. During that period almost no mail was moving. So a lot of place in China, it created a backlog for outgoing mail overseas.

6. In the tracking I could not see anything wrong about your parcels except the one in Para 5. You just need to be patient and track them on the USPS site for any new movement.

Hope this help

Hello and thank you for your reply. Do you work for China Post? I would like to ask a few more followup questions:

The tracking numbers I gave you that start with CX were part of a multi piece order:

CX004696961CN
CX004697176CN
CX004697009CN
CX004697074CN
CX004697145CN
CX004696913CN

We have received 4 of the 6 shipments.

All six of these packages were supposed to have been shipped on September 27th. What we don't understand is why CX004696913CN was first scanned on September 27th, but CX004697145CN was not scanned until October 22nd.

So my question: I understand about the long holiday week that creates a delay. When the shipper creates the shipping label and drops off the package at China Post, is the package scanned immediately? Or does the delay for the holiday mean that packages may have been shipped by the shipper on Sept 27th, but this CX004697145CN did not actually get scanned until October 22nd?

I am trying to determine if the shipper actually shipped all 6 packages on the day they were supposed to. It doesn't make sense the big gaps of time between each shipment. Can you provide any info?

1. First of all, I don't work for China Post and I don't live in China.

2. Now for your question. When a seller is telling you that he ship the parcel and give you the tracking number. Very rarely will the parcel be mail the same day, so it can take a couple of days before it get to the China Post.

3. If the China Post Office is to small with no computer, then it will not be register (tracking number) into the system. So basically when a person is saying, hey my parcel is mail but I can not track it, sometimes you need to wait up to 10 days before it gets register into the system.

4. Quote
packages may have been shipped by the shipper on Sept 27th, but this CX004697145CN did not actually get scanned until October 22nd?
Unquote.

5. The answer is the parcel was never put into the mail system, it will not take close to 3 weeks for a parcel to be register into the China Post system. So the fault is not China Post but the seller.

6. So now you can verify with every other parcel tracking that you have, only one parcel was ever mail on the 27 Sep out of your 6 parcels.

7. Did the seller had the article that you bought on hand to mail it or was it in a warehouse. He had to go and pick up, then wrap the parcel and ship it.

8. Most of the time, seller are obligated by the site provider to make it quick to have the parcel sent by mail for the statistic of the site you bought your article and also for the client benefit.

9. Most place are giving a 5 days delay to the seller to send the parcel away, but is it really mail, not necessarily. China seller can ask electronically a tracking number to China Post for any parcel, then they give you that number and say to you the parcel is sent. But actual fact is the parcel was never physically mail to China Post immediately. It can take a few days to do.

Sorry for the long response.

Hope this help.
