Hi,

it's been 42 days since the seller shipped my order But still not received or reached the destination, and I think it still in China
the item is a rechargeable device

track# RK291092747CN
18 days left for the Protection end

Should I open a Dispute ??

the parcel should have left china on Oct 29. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Nov 12, then open dispute.
