Hello,

can you please tell me if I should be worried or start a dispute, here is the tracking number I got from the seller:

RI863681267CN

The tracking status keeps repeating itself:

2016-02-27 02:29:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-02-27 02:30:55.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-02-29 23:35:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-02-29 23:37:19.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-03-02 01:17:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-03-03 22:11:34.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

i think now is too early to open dispute. you might need wait another 2 weeks , if it still shows same looping result, then you should open dispute.

Dear Admin,

Now i have recieved the package, but they have sent the wrong shoes (looks fake) and the wrong size.

From your experience, do you think they did that on purpose so that it will be more difficult to place a dispute and collect refund ? (against not delivering at all)

I have wrote them an email, but did not reply as of yet.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress , you can open dispute for item not as described.

I want to know if you can tell me anything else about 2 shipments:
RS086804784CN and RS086804798CN
The last information that i can see for both of them is:
2016-05-29 03:06:51.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
Is it normal that 3 days later i have no news about these shipments?
Where are they?
