Hi,

I ordered item from Ebay on 11.03.2019 and I am waiting till now, still no package (estimated delivery from 26.03 till 07.05) .
Package tracking number is UI169888481CN, can someone confirm shipping status to Croatia?

Should I open case on ebay.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI169888481CN shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 15.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Is this ok that destination country is Bulgaria insted Croatia?

UI169888481CN destination is Bulgaria not Croatia. If you are from Croatia, it will be a big problem. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

It is strange, on some sites destination country is bulgaria but on this site is croatia http://pkge.net/parcel/UI169888481CN so i hope it will arrive to me.
I will wait few more days and then open case on ebay.
