I wanted to ship to United Arab Emirates, but this site says it has been shipped to United Kingdom. How can someone mess that up? And what can i do now to retrieve it?
LZ456390118CN is the tracking number

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ456390118CN shows the parcel was delivered in UK. I believe you are scammed. Your seller used other people's tracking number to cheat your money.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
