Shipment status of my package have not been changed since 10th December. Is it lost?
My tracking number is RM937813617CN

RM937813617CN should be delayed in Beijing. Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.
