1. That might be the cheapest you could find, and might take a ship for overseas.

format 2: the number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

Then on the top part you will see carrier just press and another screen will show up with more menu, press other carrier then China e-commerce carrier.

Maybe from there you could start research a carrier that won't be to expensive.
