I have two separate packages one with China post and one with ems. I ordered both through the same website but different sellers. I made a total of 3 orders and have only received one because the sellers put my country as niger instead of USA. I really need these boxes before I leave for training. Wouldn't the mail service catch the zip didn't match the country? Is there anyway to have them change the country or something. This is over $1000 worth of rescue gear I can't afford to reorder nor do I have the time to. PLEASE HELP!! My boxes have sat in niger for a month now.

My China post tracking number is RB944909050CN and it says unsuccessful delivery. And my ems number is EE721610593CN it says arrived at sorting center 03-03-2014

if seller shipped the parcel to wrong country, you should ask seller ship your replacement or open a dispute to get refund.

Have you been able to contact EMS? My package is still in china but heading to Panama not to the USA. I am trying to contact them but no luck

Which site did you purchase through? I used aliexpress and they guarantee delivery. If it fails to be delivered i am suppose to be refunded my money.

Hey i was digging into your situation to see if I could also resolve mine and I beilive you can have the local post return your item to sender. Trying contact them here http://www.nipost.gov.ng/Contact.aspx

I'm having the same throuble, my package destination says brazil but it should go to mexico, the seller just say its ok and it would arrive to your country, is there something I can do, can I contact myself the post office? Mi tracking number is RD236721901CN

RD236721901CN will NOT go mexico. its destination is Brazil. you should claim refund from seller.
