Hello i have been tracking my order and it says "sent to airlines" for the past 10 days. Can i please know when approximately i will be recieving my order to lebanon? I placed the order and bought the iten on november 20 of last month so its been more than a whole month now. Tracking number RC091164664CN Thanks alottt

The parcel was sent to airline on Dec 14. Normally you should get it within 2 to 3 weeks. If after Xmas and you still do not get it, you can file a non-dispute to protect your money.

Hello, thank you for your reply.. i am sorry i just seen it today. The parcel did not get to me yet. It still says "sent to airlines" now its after Xmas and nothing yet. Please tell me what is a non-dispute. Thank you
