Hi, I just tracked my parcel that I sent from Shanghai to Switzerland. The parcel went to the Shanghai international airport, cleared export customs and then came back in as an import and has ended back up at the China Post office I sent it from! Please help me get this sorted because I now live in Australia and need that parcel to go to Switzerland asap. Thanks.
