Hi,

Since 4 weeks now, the last update in my track&trace of the package I sent to China is: Could not be delivered.

I sent it via DHL parcel service with Track&Trace number: CY909036982DE

Please send me back the package if it could not be delivered or refund me the value of the package.

CY909036982DE arrived China Post office in 义乌市同城揽投部(address: 浙江省金华市义乌市新火车旁邮件处理中心) on April 9. The address is not deliverable. You need ask receiver go to above mentioned post office to pickup the parcel asap. the contact postman is 朱君雄 phone number is 17757925070

I cannot contact the receiver so he will not be picking up the package.

Can the package be returned to me?

if receiver does not pickup the parcel, it will be returned to shipper. normally this will take 2 to 3 months.

your receiver does not pickup the parcel from China Post. It was returned to shipper on May 13. You should get the return in 4 to 8 weeks.
