Post Seller REFUSES dispute!

I am running out of time and the seller keeps refusing my dispute! Tracking number is RB958601079CN and it says that the item is "sent to airline" since 2 weeks back...

What can i do, i have 13 days left?

you can contact aliexpress and refuse to confirm payment.
