Hello there,

I wrote a post like 6 days ago. Seller didn't give me updates about my goods and i couldn't track my goods since the order date. She didn't reply my messages, too. So, i opened a dispute and she accepted it. She said she called china post and cancelled the shipment and refunded my money. But when I track the order, I can see updates now. So did seller really cancel it or it is still on the way to me?

1. Maybe she is using that tracking number for somebody else since she accepted the dispute.

I really don't know what is going on. She rejected my dispute on the first hand. Then i uploaded more evidences and she accepted full refund and said she told china post to cancel the shipment. Is she capable of that? Because the parcel is already in "Shenzen export scan" process.

1. You need to look at the dates, first intervention, then second intervention, then accepted full refund.

2. This is the tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RI937234290CN tracking result
2016-11-26 15:43:32.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-12-08 01:11:18.0 parcel center received
2016-12-08 01:55:06.0 parcel center customs scan

3. For this:
2016-11-26 15:43:32.0 Electronic Data Received

It's only seller asking electronically China Post a tracking number for a parcel. The parcel is not mail at that date but most of the time seller will provide the buyer with the tracking number without the parcel being mail.

4. When she ask for the tracking number maybe she has to give some type of info. When she accepted the dispute she might just have contacted China Post electronically and change that info for somebody else.

5. Either way, you have your money back, and if by any chance the parcel is impossible to be cancel by China Post for whatever reason. Eventually you might receive the parcel. But because it's register mail you have to sign for it. You just need to refuse the parcel because you have the money back.

According to aliexpress and seller's claim on dispute she shipped my parcel on 26th of November. She said there is a rush time in China Post so I needed to wait longer.

1. You should read this:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

2. You said earlier that at first she said no for the dispute then you said more info was provided from you to her and she accepted the dispute. Tell me right now are you getting your money or not.

3. If you are getting your money, then let it go it's not your business anymore. If the dispute that she said yes to the second time is today a no then the tracking of the parcel is yours.

1) aliexpress confirmed that she refunded. I will get my refund.
2) I just don't want to get a "free" product, if i am getting something i need to pay for that. That's why i was insisting on if she can cancel the shipment or the parcel is mine. I opened a dispute yesterday (time was nearly 3 am) and she offered me "NO REFUND/NO RETURN GOODS" and sent a message to me like" i shipped your goods several days ago, there is a rush time for now. wait patiently." i just simply rejected the offer and sent a message to her like " if you are sending my goods, you had one job. you needed to keep me updated." then updated the dispute like " she avoided me until i open a dispute, now she says wait more and more, doesn't give a proper update about goods. 2 hours later she accepted the dispute and refunded. Sent a message like " i refunded and canceled the shipment." in next hours (approx. 8 hrs) i just wanted to check if there is an update/ did she cancel it and saw some updates. you know the rest.

1. So if the parcel does not get stop by her and China Post is still delivering the parcel to you, then you know what to do. Either you accept the parcel and if you are honest as I think you are will pay back the seller. Or just refuse the parcel because you need to sign for it and will be sent back to her or destroy by Turkey Post.

I dont think that she can stop the parcel from shipping because it is in Shenzen export process right now. Thanks for your instant replies and honesty.
