It was twice shipped to airline on 16 feb and 21 feb
and twice faced security return on same dates
please help
it was shipped by aliexpress

Yes it had a 9V battery

Your seller should not ship battery with China Post register airmail. It violates the airline safety law. Your parcel should be discarded.

If you paid with aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.

No, china post normally does not have extra labor to do such job. It is shipper's responsibility to follow the rule.
