http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP388246826CN can not pass safety check. What is the item inside your parcel?

It seems the parcel was rejected by mistake. you can wait 10 more days and see if you can see new tracking status. If not, You need open dispute to seller for refund.
