Hello, I recently ordered a belt over a week ago yet the tracking number seems to be invalid? The seller has not answered any of my messages

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. If you just got that number you need to wait at least 10 days before it gets into the China Post system. It might take a bit longer because China was on a National holiday all week.

2. If after lets say 15 days you still can not track your parcel, then you need to contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
