Hi,
We sent a package on 01.07.2020 from the UK, addressed to Montenegro. RZ146882622GB.
Somehow it went to China and according the China Post tracking it is handed over 20.07.2020 to the Airlines in Shanghai. Since then it does not seem to be moving.
Can this please be processed further, back to Europe and delivered to the address in Montenegro?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RZ146882622GB shows was sent to airline from China on July 20. it is back to Europe. Not sure it is returning to UK or going to Montenegro. You need wait about 30 to 60 days to see next update.

Hello again,
I find it a bit hard to accept that when a package is mistakenly (mistake by postal services UK) sent to a wrong part of the world a customer has to wait so long to get it delivered or back at the sender.
Is there no way you can indicate where the package has been send after Shanghai and where it currently is?
