Post RZ123470067GB Held up after clearing Beijing import customs

My letter from the UK has been held up since the 26th December and the last update was that it cleared Beijing center import customs (北京处理中心）。Does anyone have any advise on anything I can do to speed up or get it back moving, or should I just keep waiting? Thanks in advance

Call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the letter.
