Hello, i have an order still not confirmed and didn't arrive yet can i have an answer for it pleasee thank you ( the company has send me an email that my order has been shipped so am still waiting the arrival) i need answer its a big order :RV928887245CN

RV928887245CN was sent to airline on Jun 12.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

After sent to airline, parcel will travel another 2 to 8 weeks to reach Lebanon. Once the parcel arrives Lebanon, Lebanon Post tracking webpage will show local location status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
