Hello, I know that china post is having many troubles. Surely I will use only DHL in future. This parcel results sent to airline since the 5th june without updates. Should I consider it lost and open a dispute?

Base on our statistics，the average wait time for a parcel to Italy about 65days ,but some parcel did take 113days to arrive.
Suggest you watch for your buyer protection period, if it is expiring, you must contact the seller or the website which you order the purchse to extend protection or open dispute for refund.
