I'm waiting on a parcel from my parents in the UK. According to the tracking service it's been stuck at Import Security Scan since Oct 5th:

item No Year Status Location Destination Date
RU737035639GB 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20141001 1535
RU737035639GB 2014 Import Customs Scan 65022500 20141005 0856
RU737035639GB 2014 Import Security Scan 65022500 20141005 1027

What do the numbers under location mean? Is it still in Beijing? I'm in kunming. How long does this normally take? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

RU737035639GB is in Kunming (65022500 is code for Kunming). You should ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post.

Dear friend I sent a package from Greece and last week it stuck in this status:

RE416166613GR 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing CN 20141112 1727

I sent it from Greece 03/11/2014..
What's happening?

the parcel is in Beijing. ask receiver call phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel.

I called number but no English.. How I will have english service on my phone call..?

unfortunately china post does not have English service. You have to find some friend who speak Chinese to help you.
