Hi everyone,

I have ordered this package on 23rd of Jan 2017 and I think China post received it by 24 Jan. Today is the 19th of march and I have no information on the package since 4th of February. PLEASE HELP!!!!! 😕

Hi I placed an order on 23 February 2017 my tracking number is RG321308532CN list of messages whith last message on 10 March 2017... has my parcel left china or is it still in China? and what form of transport is it taking to get to South Africa? thank you...

the parcel should have left Chin on Mar 30. You can not know exact location at this moment. normally parcel from china to South Africa will take 90 to 120 days, you need wait some more time.

So has My package RG321308532CN not left china yet? is my parcel still in china ? will it only leave on 30
march 2017?

I believe the parcel will leave china this month. but leaving china is just the first step to South Africa. after leaving china, you still need wait about 2 months to get it in South Africa, The parcel needs transit many countries before arriving South Africa.
