1. Your parcel should have left for Cambodia on the 19 Nov. If in 2 weeks you don't receive your parcel then open a dispute with the seller for not receiving your parcel.

2. Since there is not flight number and Cambodia Post did not scan your parcel nobody know where your parcel is right now.
