Post Royal Mail shows parcel as delivered but parcel never received.

This item shows as delivered by Royal Mail however I have not received it. I have made numerous attempts to contact the seller, hairofthedog.org.uk who just keep telling me to contact my Post Office. I am tired of explaining to them that the Royal Mail insists that the sender reports the package as not being delivered. Where is my parcel?

Royal Mail shows the parcel was delivered by Post office in Gosforth DO. If you are not in Gosforth area, you must be scammed. You need open dispute to paypal against fraud.
