My order has been shipped since 15th December to Lebanon, and since then there no update about it. It's almost one month. Can you inform me where is it?

1. Parcel to Lebanon can take between 18 to 42 days to arrive. Here is the reference:

2. I have the same tracking as you.

3. You could also advise your seller that you did not receive your parcel.
