I'm trying to return an item to a seller in China. The package arrived in China but hasn't been updated since May 12th. Can you please let me know if it has been delivered.

RN241235828GB arrived China Post office in 湖北省咸宁市邮件中心 on May 12 but never delivered. It seems to have delivery problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 or go to above post office to pickup the parcel in person.
