Hi and thank you very much for the great help you provide daily to so many people overseas !
Parcel RN128575617CN is stuck with the same status since 4 weeks.
French La Poste admits it's totally abnormal but won't aknowledge it's in France and says sender has to enquire with China Post.
Seller keeps saying everything is absolutly normal and I have to be patient (although I sent her a copy of La Poste letter), just extends buyer protection without asking my permission...
According to you, is there any chance that this parcel is still in China, Beijing TAC Terminal, or is it hopeless, and the seller is just trying to buy time ?

1. To me the tracking of your parcel is fine. Now it's up to La Poste to scan your parcel and give it to France Customs for clearance.

2. You might want to read this for your country France:

3. Your parcel has been on the road for 29 days so far. You need to be patient. If by 28 Nov you can find any new tracking about your parcel, then open a dispute to get your money back.

4. Please make sure you still have buyer protection for your parcel just in case you don't receive it and you have to open a dispute.
