1. According to the tracking everything looks OK. I don't know if at your end there is a problem with Slovakia Post or Customs Office.

2. According to the Estimate arrival time for your country it's suppose to be maximum 14 days. We are well pass this now. May I suggest you wait a few more days to see if you could see some movement on the Slovakia Post site.

3. May I also suggest that maybe you could phone Slovakia Post maybe they can help you out:
You can contact us with your queries, suggestions or wishes on working days from 8:00 till 18:00:
by phone – free info line 0800 122 413 (from fixed and mobile line, only from the Slovak Republic)
by phone from abroad – 00421 48 437 87 77
by e-mail: [email protected]

4. Also you could contact the seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.
