http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php hows the parcel was returned to shipper on Sep 8. You can not get the goods anymore. Open dispute and claim refund from seller asap.

The seller replied to my dispute " we sent on 10th.August, it takes 25-59days for delivery. ".
Are they lying about not receiving it ?

seller shipped the goods on Aug 14, but the parcel was returned and you can not receive the goods. you should escalate the dispute to aliexpress.
