hello, the package state says it has left the international office of origin, but after 45 days has not reached my destination and I say that Spain has not arrived. Please be informed for me where can be the package? or if it is still in the city of origin. thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel just left the parcel on Dec 17. you should get it by early Jan,2016.

the parcel was shipped on Nov 13. it should have arrived Spain 2 weeks ago. You should open dispute for lost parcel.
