Hi,
I have made an order on cubezz.com and the seller give me this tracking number : RI399525747CN.
When I track my order, It's said "Flight depart" but it's been a long time now...(25.03.2015- todays)
Can you help me? I don't know where is my order...

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows arrive time from china to Turkey might be from 12 to 33 days. Your parcel was shipped on Mar 25 and you still did not get the goods. It is likely to be lost. Open dispute and claim refund.
