Post Returned to sender then no information

Hello
My parcel have been sent from China since 14 December 2019. Everything was ok until the tracking status changed to : returned to sender.

I have asked the sender and he told me that he did not receive anything.

I have tried to track the parcel on this website but it does not recognise the tracking number.

Can you please help ?
Tracking number is EB709705735CN
Destination : Ivory Coast

EB709705735CN was returned to sender. You need open dispute to aliexpress / PayPal for refund. Sender has definitely received the return. You no need care what he says.
