Post Returned item to seller in China/ held in customs

Can anyone please let me know the status of my return? I returned my item to a seller and it shows that it is being held by EMS.

Sent via usps express, here is the tracking number:

EW004497118US seems to have problem to pass customs clearance. You might need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183 and pickup the parcel. If receiver does not pickup the parcel, it will be returned to US after 2 months.
